  • For digital products, delivery is usually instant or within 24 hours via email or download link.

If an item is out of stock or requires additional handling time, we will inform you promptly.


2. Shipping Policy

We ship globally, including major destinations such as the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, and Asia.

B. Delivery Time

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on country and customs).

  • Expedited or Express Shipping: Available on request at additional cost.

  • Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control (customs delays, weather, local courier issues, etc.).

C. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on destination and weight.

D. Customs & Import Duties

3. Digital Product Delivery

For digital goods such as eBooks, software licenses, or downloadable materials:

  • Delivery is through email or secure download link after payment verification.

  • Links remain valid for a limited time (usually 48–72 hours).

  • Ensure that you provide a valid email address during checkout.

⚠️ Note: Once digital products or software keys are delivered or activated, they cannot be refunded or replaced.


4. Return & Replacement Policy

We strive to ensure every product meets your expectations.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible for Return:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Defective or damaged product (not due to mishandling)

  • Item not functioning as described

Not Eligible for Return:

  • eBooks and downloadable content

  • Products damaged due to improper installation, voltage issues, or misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

Return Procedure:

  2. We may request photos or videos of the product for verification.

  3. After approval, ship the item back to our designated return address.

  4. Once received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be processed as applicable.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds (when approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product.

Refunds Apply Only When:

  • The product is confirmed defective or incorrect.

  • The order was canceled before shipping.

  • The digital product could not be delivered due to a verified technical error on our side.

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Change-of-mind requests

  • Activated or downloaded digital products
